经几年种植表现:宁A具有不育性稳定,异交率高,配合力好,米质优和抗稻瘟病等特点,是一个有利用价值的新不育系。 1980年早季,我们利用本所选育的青紫不育系(珍白A/紫色稻B)为基础材料,与宁B(军协//IR22/竹叶青///珍珠矮/温选青//温选10号/包胎矮)进行杂交。并以宁B为轮回亲本。每年早、晚二季连续回交转育,每季种植11～22个株系。在田间严格选择株系的基础上,特别注意选取柱头外露率高、颖花花药瘦小、白色呈水渍状半透明,抽穗整齐的单株。再经室内镜检复查。选取全不育、典败花粉粒多的优良单株进行杂交。轮回亲本注重选择柱头外露率高,抗稻瘟病好米质优的优良单株。经过七代连续选择回交转育,基本上完成核置换,植株性状和宁B相似。1984年早季选取性状相似的四对株系
