非常赞同侯育革和许国良二同志《浅议我国科技期刊的编辑出版质量》[编辑学报,1991,3(2):124]一文中的观点,有几点不成熟的想法加以补充。 a 制定统一标准,采用统一标识符号标明期刊类级,为科技人员撰写论文时使用引文及投稿作参考。作者可以根据期刊类级,有针对性地选择,并根据自己论文的情况有目的地投稿,减少盲目性,提高录用率。期刊类级还可供科研管理人员进行评定工作作参考,指导图书情报工作人员管理规范化、标准化等。目前,我国还没有这方面的标准和规定,有必要进行这项工作。
We very much agree with Hou Yugu and Xu Guoliang two comrades “on China’s science and technology journals editorial quality” [ed., 1991,3 (2): 124] in a paper, there are several immature ideas to be supplemented. a Develop uniform standards, use uniform symbols to indicate periodical grades, and use citations and submissions for scientific and technical personnel as references. Authors can choose according to the level of journals, targeted, and according to the situation of their papers purposely contribute to reduce blindness and improve hiring. Journal level can also be used for scientific research management personnel to assess the work as a reference, guide library information and personnel management standardization, standardization. At present, our country still does not have the standards and regulations in this respect and it is necessary to carry out this work.
