食品卫生质量的好坏,直接关系到人民群众的身体健康和生命安全。现就我市1979~1988年中,四种食品不同季节,感观及卫生微生物指标监测情况总结分析于下。资料来源和方法我站连续对糕点糖果、冰棒冷饮、酱油、醋及熟肉食品,从食品加工厂,销售门市部,饭店及个体摊点进行10年卫生监测。每次以无菌操作采取样品,按国家食品卫生标准规定的感观性状,微生物指标(细菌总数、大肠菌群、致病菌),进行监测检验,符合国家卫生标准的为合格份数,其中有一项不合格者为不合格样品,分季逐年进行记录为监测
The quality of food hygiene is directly related to the people’s health and life safety.
