目的探讨临床常用的上颌垫式矫治器、下颌斜面导板矫治器、金属导板、联冠斜面导板矫治牙性反的临床效果。方法 107例前牙反患者,下颌可以后退至对刃关系,反覆较深,超过3mm。应用上颌垫式矫治器矫治器、下颌斜面导板矫治器、金属导板、联冠斜面导板矫治。结果所有患者经3～10个月矫治,取得满意疗效。结论上颌垫式矫治器下颌斜面导板矫治器、金属导板、联冠斜面导板矫治反技术具有疗效明显,治疗简便的特点。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of maxillary pad appliance, mandibular bevel guide plate, metal guide plate and crown bevel guide plate in the treatment of dental inversion. Methods A total of 107 cases of anterior tarsal anti-palsy patients, the mandible can retreat to the opposite relationship, repeated deeper, more than 3mm. Application of maxillary pad appliance, mandibular bevel guide plate, metal guide plate, crown bevel guide plate correction. Results All patients after 3 to 10 months of correction, and achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion Maxillary pad-type appliance mandibular bevel guide plate, metal guide plate, crown bevel guide anti- technology has obvious curative effect and simple treatment.
