光盘企业的生产工艺布局及设备配置是关系企业能否顺利投产、保持长期正常生产、达到较高的生产效率,产品质量能否持续稳定长期起作用的十分重要的前期技术准备工作。我国许多光盘企业由于技术力量薄弱,或者由于客观条件的限制,或者对投产前的准备重视不够,或者急于追求短期内的利润,造成工艺布局失当,设备配置欠妥,其结果是为长期的稳定、高效生产埋下了难以克眼的隐患。值此许多新的光盘企业将要兴建之际,我们总结一下这方面的经验教训,愿这些新的光盘企业引起重视,免蹈覆辙。
