日本筑波大学一研究所不久前在猪内皮细胞培养液中,首次发现了一种能使血管收缩和血压升高的化学物质。目前,这种物质已经提纯,其化学结构也已查明,并被命名为“恩多塞林”。恩多塞林是一种能连接21个氨基酸的缩氨酸物质。动物试验证明,它不仅能明显地使血管收缩和血压升高,而且作用时间长,将它注入老鼠体内,使血压上升后,要经过1至2小时才能恢复正常。专家们认为,恩多塞林可能是诱发高血压的关键物质,人们如能制出阻止它形成或对它有抑制效果的物质,那就意味着得到了一种治疗高血压的新药。
For the first time in Japan, a research institute at University of Tsukuba found a chemical that can vasoconstrict and increase blood pressure in pig endothelial cell culture. At present, this substance has been purified and its chemical structure has also been identified and named as “Ndozling.” Ndoxolin is a peptide that links 21 amino acids.
