劳动保护是为了保障劳动者在生产劳动过程中的安全和健康,油田企业工会劳动保护即是要服务于企业经济建设,又需要保护企业员工在生产经营活动中的人身安全与健康。油田基层工会属于油田安全生产的重要组成环节,是代表和组织油田职工群众安全生产群众监督的核心主体,肩负着安全生产群众监督的重任。本文分析油田企业基层工会保护监督工作的中的不足,提出相应对策与措施。
Labor protection is to protect the safety and health of workers in the process of production and labor protection. Labor protection of oil-field enterprises is to serve the economic construction of enterprises and to protect the personal safety and health of employees in production and operation. Oil field grass-roots labor unions belong to the oil production safety an important part of the process, on behalf of and organize the masses of workers in the oil production safety supervision of the masses of the core body, shoulder the heavy responsibility of production safety supervision. This paper analyzes the deficiencies in the work of grassroots trade unions protection and supervision in oilfields and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and measures.
