幼儿的操作活动,强调要给予幼儿的经验、知识在可操作的活动中掌握。它作为教育活动的重要辅助手段,使得教师的教育思路在幼儿的自主操作过程中得到体现,能够充分调动孩子的学习兴趣和热情,也使幼儿的自主性在这一过程中得到良性发展。面对班级30多名幼儿,如何在尊重幼儿个体差异的前提下,让操作活动大放异彩,达到预期效果呢?日常实践中,我采用了分组的方法来开展班级操作活动,支持和引领每个幼儿从原有水平向更高水平发展。
Child care activities emphasize the experience to be given to young children, and knowledge is mastered in actionable activities. As an important auxiliary measure of educational activities, it makes the teachers’ educational ideas reflected in the children’s autonomous operation, which can fully mobilize the children’s interest in learning and enthusiasm, and also make children’s autonomy grow well in the process. Faced with more than 30 young children in class, how to make the operating activities shine and achieve the expected results while respecting the individual differences of young children? In practice, I used a grouping method to carry out class operation activities to support and lead each A child from the original level to a higher level of development.
