本文利用东北林业大学凉水实验林场10生樟子松种源试验的材料,采用方差分析、主分量分析等方法,将10个樟子松地理种源归并为子代遗传性状相似的3个地理种源组。以划分的种源组为依据,参考气候因子的自然划分和阻隔基因交流的自然条件,把樟子松的天然分布区划分成3个种源区。即大兴安岭北部山地种源区(No、Ⅰ);呼伦贝尔沙地种源区(No、Ⅱ);黑龙江沿岸冲积沙地种源区(No、Ⅲ)。
In this study, ten provenances of Pinus sylvestris var. Mongolica were collected from Liangshui Experimental Forest Farm of Northeast Forestry University. The 10 provenances of three Mongolian Scotch Pine were integrated into three geographic species with similar genetic traits, using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and principal component analysis Source group. The natural distribution of Pinus sylvestris var. Mongolica was divided into three provenance areas based on the delineated provenance groups, referring to the natural division of climatic factors and the natural conditions of blocking gene exchange. (No, Ⅰ) in the northern Da Hinggan Mountains; No, Ⅱ in the Hulun Buir Sandy Land; and No, Ⅲ in the alluvial sandy land along the Heilongjiang River.
