创业能力培养是为了响应中等职业教育要积极贯彻科学发展观,深入实施“八八战略”和“创业富民、创新强省”这一浙江省职教发展总战略。这种能力的培养重点在于教给学生寻找或创造工作岗位的方法,在专业教育中渗透创业教育,能激发学生对专业的学习兴趣、树立创业信心,充分调动学生学习专业知识和专业技能的主动性,使学生的专业技能素质和创业素质同步提高,成为更具有创造力的新一代中职学生。
