探讨了AFLP(Amplified fragment length polymorphism)标记技术在中国金鱼基因组DNA提取、模板浓度、酶切时间的一些优化改进,建立了一套稳定的实验体系,在49对引物组合中筛选出6对多态标记丰富、稳定性好的引物组合,并用这些引物对中国金鱼遗传多样性进行了研究。
This paper discussed some optimization and improvement of genomic DNA extraction, template concentration and digestion time of Chinese goldfish by using AFLP marker technology. A stable experimental system was established. Sixty-four pairs of polymorphic primers The marker-rich and stable primer combinations were used to study the genetic diversity of Chinese goldfish with these primers.
