本文给出了46.6MeV/amuC~(6+)离子对四种不同作物胚根细胞中染色体畸变的实验结果。由显微观察发现了微核、小核、桥、断片、游离染色体和环状染色体等多种畸变类型;畸变频率在0.9—179.8‰之间。辐照剂量与畸变频率之间呈显著的正相关性。文中对四种作物之间染色体畸变频率的差异以及畸变频率与种子萌发能力之间的关系进行了讨论,提出了重离子束可以成为作物辐射育种的一种有效的诱变源。
In this paper, we present the experimental results of chromosome aberration in the radicle cells of four different crops with 46.6MeV / amuC ~ (6+) ions. The microscopic observation found micronuclei, small nuclei, bridges, fragments, free chromosomes and circular chromosomes and other types of distortion; the distortion frequency was between 0.9-179.8 ‰. Radiation dose and distortion frequency was significantly positive correlation. The relationship between the frequency of chromosome aberration, the frequency of distortion and the seed germination ability of four crops is discussed in this paper. It is suggested that heavy ion beam can be an effective mutation source for crop radiation breeding.
