唐朝一代人君李世民,曾于贞观盛世有过如此明言:“以铜为鉴,可正衣冠;以古为鉴,可知兴替;以人为鉴,可明得失。”由此不难看出,史料对社会繁衍和后来者的价值。尤其是在我们又经过近20年的改革开放,国民经济飞速发展的今天,前后50年来的变化,回顾当年,即已深感“换了人间”。就是新生的这一代青年,只要将50年前的人、事演进稍加回顾阐述,也会使他们感到新鲜,甚或有些事,还难以置信。继往开来,世代“以史为鉴”。史料的价值正在于此。回想我们这一代,不正是百多年来的国耻史,无数先烈们不惜牺牲的英勇奋斗史,激励并鼓舞着人们,始有新中国的诞生!
