加拿大有关条例规定,地震灾害等级划分的主要依据是人员的伤亡数量。为了对大坝地震安全进行恰当的评价,必须选择合适的地震参数。主要介绍了加拿大各省对地震灾害等级划分的方法及大坝安全评价参数的选择。
Canadian regulations stipulate that the main basis for the classification of earthquake disasters is the number of casualties. In order to properly evaluate the dam seismic safety, the appropriate seismic parameters must be selected. This paper mainly introduces the method of classifying earthquake disaster in Canadian provinces and the selection of dam safety evaluation parameters.
