传统的销售渠道存在多层次、链条长的先天不足,直接导致的后果是经销商在价格上的恶性竞争,销售网络的可控性差等,这种状况已经不能适应企业快速发展的要求,成了企业产品在市场上推广的一道障碍。如何改变目前的状况,使销售渠道建设成为企业做大做强的助推器,本文提出的观点:渠道体制由金字塔式向扁平化方向转变,渠道建设由交易型关系向伙伴型关系转变等,或许会对大家有所启示。
