8月3日,一场6.5级强烈地震骤然袭击云南省昭通市鲁甸县。顷刻之间,大地震颤,房屋垮塌,生命消陨……8月12日,鲁甸县龙头山镇中心小学的操场上,20栋蓝色顶棚的板房教室基本搭建完工。板房外,举行了一场简短的竣工仪式……短短10天,鲁甸灾区人民迎来了新的希望;短短10天,世界再次见证了中国政府应急能力的提高。以人为本深入人心得知震情后,中国国家主席习近平第一时间作出重要指示,要求把救人放在第一位。8月4日一早,受习近平总书记委派,国务院总理李克强飞赴灾区,察看灾情,现场指挥抗震救灾工作。
On August 3, a strong 6.5-magnitude earthquake hit Rudian County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province. In an instant, the earth trembles, the house collapses and the life disappears. On August 12, 20 blue-roofed boarding classrooms were basically completed on the playground of Longtoushan Town Central Primary School in Ludian County. In the short 10 days, people in the disaster-stricken Ludian ushered in new hope. In just 10 days, the world once again witnessed the improvement of the Chinese government’s emergency response capability. On the morning of August 4, appointed by General Secretary Xi Jinping, Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council flew to the disaster area to inspect the disaster and direct the earthquake relief work on the spot.
