当前,我国的市场经济体系已经得到了很大程度的完善,并带动了我国各项事业与社会经济飞速的发展。在这样的形势下,我国企事业单位的运营情况出现了很大的转变,于此之中医院也并不除外。在当前市场经济环境下,医院的各项经济活动越来越复杂,加之新医改的出台,都对医院自身的内部控制提出了更高的要求,以往的内部控制制度已经很难再适应当前的时代环境。为提高医院内部控制的有效性,本文对如何在当前时代环境下搞好医院内控制度建设提出了部分探讨性建议。
At present, China’s market economic system has been greatly improved and has brought about the rapid development of various undertakings and social economy in our country. Under such circumstances, there has been a great change in the operation of enterprises and institutions in our country, and the hospitals in this regard are not excluded. Under the current market economy environment, the economic activities of hospitals are becoming more and more complex. In addition, the introduction of new medical reform has put forward higher requirements on the hospital’s own internal control. The past internal control system has been difficult to adapt to the current Time environment. In order to improve the effectiveness of hospital internal control, this paper puts forward some tentative suggestions on how to improve the construction of hospital internal control system in the current era.
