在信息技术快速发展的时代背景下,以往的管理模式已经无法满足人们的需求,图书馆的管理模式亦是如此,为了不被时代的发展所淘汰,图书馆管理模式需要迫切进行创新改革,实现知识与文化的快速融合。本文就现有图书馆管理模式存在的问题以及信息技术背景下图书馆应当具备的特征做了具体分析,并针对性地提出了几点浅薄的创新策略,希望能让图书馆更好地与时代需求吻合,为社会的进步打下良好的基础。
