目的:分析鼻内镜泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗泪囊炎的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年6月至2019年6月于徐州市第一人民医院行鼻内镜泪囊鼻腔吻合术的急性及慢性泪囊炎66例(68眼)的资料，术后随访半年至一年，观察临床效果。结果:术后59眼(86.76%，59/68)治愈，6眼(8.82%，6/68)好转，3眼无效，有效率95.59%(65/68)。结论:应用鼻内镜泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗泪囊炎，创伤小，手术成功率高，效果好。“,”Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for the treatment of dacryocystitis.Methods:This was a retrospective clinical study. The data of 68 eyes of 66 patients with acute and chronic dacryocystitis underwent endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy from Jun. 2017 to Jun. 2019 in First People’s Hospital of Xuzhou were analyzed retrospectively. The follow-up time was 6 months to 1 year. The clinical efficacy was observed.Results:After surgery, 59 eyes (86.76%, 59/68) were cured, 6 eyes (8.82%, 6/68) were improved, and 3 eyes were ineffective. The efficient rate was 95.59%(65/68).Conclusion:Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is effective for the treatment of dacryocystitis, with the advantages of less trauma and higher success rate of surgery.
