针对重大装备研制模式的发展趋势,本文主要论述了如何在装备研制中理解并应用STE(science,technology,and engineering;科学、技术和工程)的思想.首先,对科学的含义进行了讨论,并将科学按照STE的框架分为基础科学、技术科学和工程三个类别.然后,分别阐述了基础科学、技术科学和工程的内涵和特点,并就三者之间的区别与联系进行了总结.最后,在分析装备研制特点的基础上,针对装备的研制中存在的问题,提出了基于STE的装备设计策略.通过将STE的概念引入装备设计领域,建立“基于科学的工程设计”模式,在认识系统物理本质的基础上,借助科学计算手段对系统进行设计优化,达到提升装备研制质量和效率的目的.
In view of the development trend of major equipment development modes, this article mainly discusses how to understand and apply STE (science, technology, and engineering) in equipment development.First, the meaning of science is discussed and According to STE’s framework, science is divided into three categories: basic science, technical science and engineering.Then, the connotation and characteristics of basic science, technical science and engineering are expounded respectively, and the differences and connections among the three are summarized. Finally, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the equipment development, aiming at the existing problems in the equipment development, an equipment design strategy based on STE is proposed. By introducing the concept of STE into the field of equipment design, a “science-based engineering design” On the basis of understanding the physical nature of the system, the system is designed and optimized by means of scientific calculation so as to improve the quality and efficiency of equipment development.
