神经囊尾蚴虫病患者的12%可发生卒中,但多为小血管闭塞所致。报道1例引起双侧大脑中动脉(MCA)闭塞者。患者为青年男性,发生颤抖和无反应而入院。清醒但缄默,不能完成指令和以目示意,眼底和瞳孔检查正常。外眼运动存在,双眼向左侧凝视。右侧肢体轻瘫,肌张力正常。对刺激的反应正常。腱反射亢进,左下肢为著。双侧 Babinski 征阳性。常规 CSF 检查无异常。血嗜酸细胞0.06。CSF 和血清囊尾蚴虫免疫测
12% of patients with cysticercosis cysticercosis can occur in stroke, but mostly due to small vessel occlusion. One case of occlusion involving bilateral middle cerebral artery (MCA) was reported. The patient was young and was admitted to hospital with trembling and no reaction. Awake but silent, can not complete the instructions and eyeballs, fundus and pupil examination was normal. Outer eye movement, eyes staring to the left. Right limb paralysis, muscle tone normal. Response to stimulation is normal. Tendon hyperreflexia, left lower extremity. Bilateral Babinski sign positive. No abnormalities in routine CSF examination. Blood eosinophil 0.06. CSF and serum cysticercosis immunoassay
