企业上市选择路径非常重要,选择正确则易批准、时间短、见效快,选择不恰当则不易批准、时间长、不稳定。吉林省煤业集团有限公司(简称吉煤集团公司),不失时机地启动筹划上市工作,在对国内上市公司煤炭板块现状和走势给予高度关注的同时,又与专业的中介机构一起,对进行吉煤集团上市主体的路径选择问题进行了探讨。本文试图提出以下4种路径进行比较分析论证,以供领导及相关部门决策时参考。
