以铁道车辆牵引为目标,采用脉冲发生器(PG)作为速度传感器来检测转子频率,以便控制牵引感应电机的转差频率。通过在铁道车辆牵引中采用无速度传感器控制方法来取消PG,从而希望降低控制系统的成本并提高其性能和可靠性。虽然无速度传感器控制方法在一般工业上应用很普遍,但亦有可能通过增加一些新的控制功能,以适应在铁道车辆牵引应用中问题的特殊性。在本文中,结合所作的理论研究和试验描述了无速度传感器控制方法在铁道车辆牵引控制中的应用效果。
With the goal of towing railway vehicles, a pulse generator (PG) is used as a speed sensor to detect the rotor frequency in order to control the slip frequency of the traction induction motor. By eliminating the PG with a speed sensorless control method for railroad vehicle traction, it is desirable to reduce the cost of the control system and improve its performance and reliability. Although speed sensorless control methods are commonly used in general industrial applications, it is also possible to adapt to the particularity of the problem in traction applications of railway vehicles by adding some new control functions. In this paper, the application of the speed sensorless control method in the traction control of railway vehicles is described in combination with the theoretical research and experiments.
