汽车工业是我省5大支柱产业之首,是重中之重。省委、省政府于4月24日在十堰市召开了为期4天的全省支持东风汽车公司建设百万辆级汽车集团动员大会。省长贾志杰,省委副书记、省政协主席回良玉,省委常委邓国政,省人大常委会副主任肖全涛,副省长孟庆平、赵宝江,省委副秘书长金启方、省政府副秘书长张维先,省直有关部门的负责人,各地、市、州领导以及全省有关企业的负责人参加了会议。贾志杰作了动员报告,东风汽车集团董事长、东风汽车公司总经理马跃作了《东风集团面对21世纪的战略抉择》的讲话,回良玉作了总结。会议期间,举办了湖北省汽车工业发展成就展览。与会代表参观了东风公司技术中心以及部分专业生产厂。这次会议进一步明确了“东风立足湖北,湖北依托东风”的战略思想,湖北和东汽公司携手共建百万辆级汽车集团,既是振兴民族汽车工业、增强东汽公司自身竞争力的迫切需要,也是带动湖北经济发展和社会进步的需要。这是东汽公司和湖北追求共同发展的战略性选择。本刊集中刊登省长贾志杰在会上的动员报告,省委副书记、省政协主席回良玉在会议结束时的总结讲话,以及与会有关地市和企业的发言。
Automotive industry is the first pillar of our province’s five pillar industries, is the top priority. On April 24, the provincial party committee and provincial government held a four-day mobilization meeting in Dongyang City to support the construction of a one-million-unit automobile group by Dongfeng Motor Company in Shiyan City. Governor Jia Zhijie, deputy secretary of provincial Party committee, Provincial CPPCC Chairman Hui Liangyu, Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee Deng Guozheng, Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee Deputy Director Xiao Quan Tao, Vice Governor Meng Qingping, Zhao Baojiang, Provincial Party Committee Deputy Secretary-General Jinqi Fang, Provincial Government Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Wei Xian, provincial directly under the head of relevant departments, all localities, municipalities and state leaders and the relevant enterprises in the province attended the meeting. Jia Zhijie made a mobilization report, Ma Yue, chairman of Dongfeng Motor Group, general manager of Dongfeng Motor Corporation made “Dongfeng Group in the face of 21st century strategic choice,” the speech, Hui Liangyu made a summary. During the meeting, held in Hubei Province Automotive Industry Development Achievement Exhibition. Participants visited the Dongfeng Technology Center and some professional manufacturing plants. The meeting further clarified “Dongfeng based in Hubei, Hubei relying on the Dongfeng ” strategic thinking, Hubei and Dongfeng companies work together to build one million-level automobile group, both to revitalize the national automobile industry and enhance the competitiveness of Dongfeng Motor Corporation Urgent need, but also promote the economic development of Hubei and social progress. This is a strategic choice for East Gas Company and Hubei to pursue common development. This magazine concentrated on the mobilization of Governor Jia Zhijie at the meeting report, the provincial party committee secretary, provincial CPPCC Chairman Hui Liangyu concluding speech at the end of the meeting, as well as attending the relevant municipal and business speech.
