最近我产生了一个三个“三十年”的想法。 事情也很凑巧—— 从1919年五四运动起到1948年中华人民共和国即将成立,恰巧经过整整三十年的时间。这是中国人民进行民族民主革命(或称新民主主义革命),从思想发动经过三次革命战争最后取得全国胜利的三十年,是第一个“三十年”。 接着从1949年中华人民共和国成立到1978年冬天的中国共产党十一届三中全会,也恰巧经过整整三十年,这三十年是我国人民取得政权之后,在社会主义建设道路上曲折前进的三十年,是第二个三十年。在这三十年中我们取得了伟大的成就,也发生了严重的失误,遭受了严重的挫折。在这三十年结尾的时候,中国人民觉悟到必须进行一场社会主义体制改革。邓小平的建设中国特色的社会主义理论起了巨大的指导作用。这场改革是继第一个“三十年”进行的新民主主义革命和第二个“三十年”进行的社会主义革命之后的,中国又一次伟大的革命。 在这两个“三十年”之后,我想中国历史也许还有第三个三十年。那就是从开始实行改革开放的方针的1979年到2008年。我认为有可能到2008年我国的社会主义体制改革可以基本完成。所谓基本完成是指能够建立起一个比较完善的经济体制,然后在稳定下来的这个新经济体制下,更有序地持续、稳定、快速发展我国的经济。那?
Recently I came up with three “three decades” ideas. It was also a coincidence that from the May Fourth Movement of 1919 to the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1948, it happened to have taken a full three years.
