目的评价天津市某区属各级各类医院室内空气消毒管理及其效果,为加强医院消毒管理提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法,对该区不同类型医疗机构室内空气卫生质量进行监测与分析。结果该区三类级别医院2009-2012年各年度室内空气消毒质量平均合格率依次为85.57%、88.32%、91.21%和89.38%;以医院Ⅲ类环境室内空气合格率最高。结论该区各级医院室内空气消毒洁净质量总体处于较好水平,今后重点应加强对Ⅰ类环境空气质量管理。
Objective To evaluate the indoor air disinfection management and its effects in various hospitals of various levels in a certain district of Tianjin, and provide a scientific basis for strengthening the disinfection management in hospitals. Methods Field investigation and sampling methods were used to monitor and analyze indoor air quality in different types of medical institutions in this area. Results The average qualified rates of indoor air disinfection in three types of hospitals in this district from 2009 to 2012 were 85.57%, 88.32%, 91.21% and 89.38%, respectively. The qualified rate of indoor air in hospital Ⅲ was the highest. Conclusion The indoor air disinfection and cleanliness quality of hospitals in all levels of the district is generally at a good level. In the future, the emphasis should be placed on the management of environmental air quality in Category I hospitals.
