本文通过对“两型社会”建设的主要任务、重要领域进行梳理和系统分析,构建了“两型社会”标准体系。“两型社会”标准体系包括7个模块,其中每个模块都具有特定的功能。通过协调各模块之间的关系,使之互相补充、互相制约,发挥出单个模块不具备的整体功能,形成一个覆盖范围全面、结构清晰、便于实施、可持续改进的“两型社会”标准体系,能够指导“两型社会”相关标准的制定和实施,支撑“两型社会”的建设和发展。
This paper constructs the standard system of “two-oriented society” by combing and systematically analyzing the major tasks and important areas of the construction of “two-oriented society”. The “two-oriented society” standard system consists of seven modules, each of which has a specific function. By coordinating the relationship between the modules so as to complement each other and restrict each other, the overall functions not available in a single module can be played to form a “two-oriented society” with comprehensive coverage, clear structure, easy implementation and sustainable improvement. Standard system that can guide the formulation and implementation of relevant standards of “two-oriented society” and support the construction and development of “two-oriented society”.
