本文介绍了用冲天炉熔炼生产铁素体可锻铸铁同样化学成份的铁水,在不变动其化学成份的前提下,通过不同的热处理规范(退火、回火、淬火)工艺试验研究以及金相组织,机械性能的测定而获得强度高,耐磨性好的可锻铸铁。文中还对铁水中加入锰、钼合金元素而进一步提机械性能而进行了试验研究。以及珠光体可锻铸铁在农机零件上的应用情况。通过实践证明:这种珠光体可锻铸铁可以用来代替部份锻钢件及焊接件,可降低生产成本及节约大量的原材料。今后可进一步扩大其使用范围,填补国内的空白,赶超国际水平,为我国早日实现四个现代化而贡献出一份力量!
