今天隆重召开钢铁工业科学技术大会,其主要任务是,认真贯彻落实国家“十二五”规划纲要和全国科技创新大会精神,表彰钢铁工业科技工作先进集体和优秀个人、冶金科技进步奖获奖单位,明确“十二五”钢铁工业科技创新工作思路,以科技创新推动钢铁工业转型升级。一、“十一五”以来钢铁工业科技创新取得的成绩“十一五”是我国钢铁工业快速发展的五年,也是通过科技创新推动产业升级,提高我国钢铁工业整体水平成效最显著的五年。
