结合佛山公共文化综合体坊塔项目独特的建筑体型,综合考虑幕墙工程要求,经过方案比选,提出采用外围斜交网格框架-核心筒的结构体系,以满足超限高层抗震抗风设计和其他专业的设计要求。针对项目特点,对结构重点关注的问题,包括弹性分析、节点分析、罕遇地震弹塑性分析、风振分析及施工模拟等方面进行了深入细致的计算分析,确保结构安全合理。本项目已通过超限高层抗震设防专项审查,现已进入施工阶段。
Combining with the unique building shape of Foshan public cultural complex square tower project and comprehensively considering the requirements of curtain wall project, a structural system adopting the skewed grid frame - core tube is put forward to meet the requirements of over-limit high-rise seismic wind resistance design and Other professional design requirements. According to the characteristics of the project, the problems of structural focus, including elastic analysis, node analysis, rare earthquakes and elasto-plastic analysis, wind vibration analysis and construction simulation, are analyzed intensively to ensure the structural safety and reasonableness. This project has passed the special inspection of over-limit high-rise seismic fortifications and has now entered the construction phase.
