文章分析了民意与司法对立的表现形式,也分析了民意与司法统一的表现形式。最后得出了“民意以理性同行,司法以公正衡平”的结论。
The article analyzes the manifestations of opposition between the public opinion and the judiciary and also analyzes the manifestations of the unity of the public opinion and the judicial one. Finally, we come to the conclusion that “public opinion is based on rational counterparts and judiciary is balanced on the basis of fairness”.
