本文在分析了GTAW晶体管电源的工作条件后,首先提出了研制低空载电压晶体管电源的技术经济意义;并从理论上探讨了低压非接触引弧的机理,为研制新型晶体管电源提供了理论依据。其次通过对焊接回路系统的数学分析,求得了采用反馈环节对稳定引弧过程的影响关系,进行了电路系统的合理设计。最后列举了新型晶体管电源的技术参数,并阐述了它的焊接性能。在生产性考核中表明其低空载引弧极端可靠。
After analyzing the working conditions of GTAW transistor, this paper first proposed the technical and economical significance of developing low-voltage-load transistor. And theoretically discussed the mechanism of low-voltage non-contact arc starter, which provided a theoretical basis for the development of new transistor power supply . Secondly, through the mathematical analysis of the welding loop system, the influence of the feedback link on the stable arc starting process was obtained, and the reasonable design of the circuit system was carried out. Finally, the technical parameters of the new transistor power supply are listed, and its welding performance is expounded. In the productive assessment showed that its low-altitude load arc extremely reliable.
