裂纹是棒材产品中常见的缺陷,引起裂纹缺陷的原因很多,采用光学显微镜、SEM扫描电镜及EDS能谱仪等实验手段,对棒材产品中裂纹缺陷的成因进行分析研究。结果表明:引起棒材产品裂纹的原因分为四种:棒材基体内存在大量非金属夹杂物、表面脱碳、带状组织和硫化物夹杂。针对上述几种原因,通过优化炼钢、连铸工艺,电磁搅拌技术和脱硫工艺等措施,大大提高了棒材的成材率。
Cracks are common defects in bar products. Crack defects are caused by many factors. The causes of crack defects in bar products are analyzed by means of optical microscope, SEM and EDS. The results show that there are four reasons for the cracking of bar products: large amounts of non-metallic inclusions, decarburization on the surface, banded structure and sulfide inclusions in the bar matrix. For the above reasons, by optimizing the steelmaking, continuous casting process, electromagnetic stirring technology and desulfurization process and other measures, greatly improved the bar yield.
