通过对全国百所示范校,尤其是第三批示范校的“项目总结报告”文献分析发现,各院校示范建设期望目标与现实状态仍然存在着一些差距。具体表现为:校企融合的深度需要进一步拓展,机制仍需优化;人才培养模式和课程体系改革还需改进和全面铺开;社会服务能力和范围有待于进一步提升;专兼结合教学团队建设机制急需完善;“示范”的功能还需进一步发挥。本文拟结合这些差距,从上述五个方面就示范性示范院校在示范建设后持续改进的措施做进一步思考。
Through analyzing the “Project Summary Report” documents of one hundred demonstration schools in the country, especially the third batch of demonstration schools, it is found that there are still some gaps between the expected goals and the actual state of demonstration construction in colleges and universities. The concrete manifestation is that the depth of school-enterprise integration needs to be further expanded and the mechanism still needs to be optimized; the personnel training mode and curriculum system reform needs to be improved and fully developed; the social service capability and scope need to be further improved; Urgent need to improve; “demonstration ” function needs to be further played. This paper intends to combine these differences, from the above five aspects of demonstration demonstration colleges and universities to continue to improve after the demonstration measures to do further thinking.
