目的:通过社区儿童保健14年的工作经验,来探寻做好社区儿童保健的有效措施。方法:通过抓宣教工作、强化质量管理、强化自身业务水平、抓4∶2∶1系统管理来改变家长保健意识,从而巩固儿童保健保偿率。结果:通过努力,我院妇幼保健工作连续14年获市、区先进单位或先进个人。体弱儿童和“四病”发病率都是该市最低的。结论:领导重视是做好此项工作的基本保证,爱岗敬业是前提,强化质量是关键。
OBJECTIVE: To seek effective measures to improve child health care in the community through the 14 years of community-based childcare work experience. Methods: By focusing on mission education, strengthening quality control and strengthening the level of their own businesses, 4: 2: 1 system management was adopted to change parents’ awareness of health care so as to consolidate the childcare rate. Results: Through our efforts, the hospital maternal and child health care work for 14 consecutive years by the city, the district advanced unit or advanced individual. Frail children and the incidence of “four illnesses” are among the lowest in the city. Conclusion: The leadership value is the basic guarantee for this work, love and dedication is the premise, to strengthen the quality is the key.
