上海宝山钢铁总厂采用现代化的管理方式,1985年实现了一次投产成功,1986年25项考核指标均达到设计水平,1987年铁、钢、坯全部达到设计水平,1988年铁、钢、坯全面超过设计水平10%以上,获得了丰硕成果。1987年,宝钢成立了技术经济协作公司,其主要任务之一就是帮助兄弟企业结合自己的实际,消化吸收宝钢的现代化管理方式。近两年来,共对外签订了技术与管理方式协作合同406项,已完成241项。较大的项目有:
