我们车间有一台CW6110车床,71年使用以来,不断发现皮带轮轴处严重漏油,开车时油沿皮带轮向外飞溅,有时八小时漏油量达10公斤。因漏油,每月损坏六根三角皮带。法兰盘内因润滑不良,每月要换两个滚动轴承。一、治漏前如图1,车床起动后,床头箱内布满雾状的10号机油,油液密集于箱壁往下淌。当油流经压板时,一部分油液进入法兰盘腔内。右上方的润滑孔φ8也有油液进入腔内。加上花键轴联结处间隙较大,产生严重漏油。二、治漏根据图2,将压板的内圆由φ86改为φ71,另在衬套的外径上加一骨架密封环(70×95×12)。又将回油孔由φ8.4改为φ14,并在出口端加一段接管,高出箱壁面。φ8的进油孔改接分油
