各省、自治区、直辖市财政厅(局)、人事(人事劳动)厅(局),新疆生产建设兵团(财务、人事部门):财政部、人事部于1997年9月印发了《关于调整会计专业技术资格考试有关工作的通知》(财会字[1997]31号),对会计专业技术资格考试有关工作做了调整。据此,现就1999年会计专业技术资格考试有关问题通知如下:一、报名参加会计专业技术资格考试的会计人员应具备下列基本条件:1.坚持四项基本原则,热爱祖国,执行《中华人民共和国会计法》以及有关财政经济法律、法规、财务会计制度,无严重违反财经纪律行为;2.履行岗位职责,完成本职工作,遵守职业道德;3.取得会计证并在会计岗位上工作的人员。二、报名参加会计专业技术初级资格考试的会计人员,
