卓越法律人才的培养符合党的十八届四中全会提出的“创新法治人才培养机制”要求。基于对卓越法律人才内涵、提出背景及培养现状的分析,笔者指出法学院校培养卓越法律人才,必须发挥自身优势,结合实际选择适合的人才培养类型,并建立起相应的人才培养体系。卓越法律人才培养体系的构建应明确培养目标,科学设置课程体系,着重培养实践能力,拓展多渠道人才共育途径,构建多元化人才培养评价、评估机制等。
The cultivation of outstanding legal talents is in line with the requirements of the “mechanism of training innovative legal persons” proposed by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. Based on the analysis of the connotation, background and training status of outstanding legal talents, the author points out that law schools must cultivate outstanding legal talents and make full use of their own advantages to select suitable types of personnel training according to the actual conditions and establish corresponding personnel training system. The construction of excellent law talent training system should clearly set goals, set curriculum system scientifically, focus on cultivating practical ability, expand the channels of multi-channel talent pooling, and build a multiple personnel training evaluation and evaluation mechanism.
