作者1994年6月～1996年2月,采用术中向前列腺体内注射无水乙醇的方法(术中不关闭腺窝口,不用气囊压迫腺窝)达到止血的目的,无选择地对32例前列腺增生症患者行耻骨上前列腺摘除术,初步体会止血效果满意。
