实施西部大开发战略,尽快实现西部经济起飞是党中央审时度势、高瞻远瞩提出的重大战略决策。建国以来,由于受各种条件的影响,西部经济发展相对缓慢。近些年中央政府出台一系列的优惠政策,旨在逐步缩小地区间发展差距,促进共同繁荣。但是,西部经济的起飞只有经济条件是不够的,从长远来看,政治条件的具备也至关重要。
Implementing the strategy of developing the west as soon as possible and realizing the economic take-off in the western region as soon as possible are major strategic decisions made by the Central Party Committee on the situation and foresight. Since the founding of New China, due to various conditions, the economic development in the western region has been relatively slow. In recent years, the Central Government has issued a series of preferential policies aimed at gradually narrowing the development gap between regions and promoting common prosperity. However, economic conditions in the western part of the economy are not enough for taking off. In the long run, the availability of political conditions is also crucial.
