党的十六大以来,党中央继承和发展党的三代中央领导集体关于发展的重要思想,提出了科学发展观。“以人为本,全面、协调、可持续”的科学发展观,是建设中国特色社会主义必须坚持的重大战略思想。科学发展要以县域为基础,社会和谐县域更是根本。各个县域都积极的贯彻和落实科学发展观,这对促进我国社会主义市场经济协调发展、实现社会主义现代化建设的宏伟目标具有重大意义。各个县域发展既有共性特征,也有着其自身的特点,项城市县域经济要想实现科学发展,就必须对自己的优劣势有个明确的认识。 Since the 16th CPC National Congress, the party Central Committee has inherited and developed the important thinking on development of the party’s three generations of leaders of the party Central Committee and put forward the scientific concept of development. The scientific concept of development of “people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable” is a major strategic idea that socialism with Chinese characteristics must uphold. Scientific development should be based on the county, and the social harmony is even more fundamental. All counties and regions are actively implementing and implementing the scientific development concept, which is of great significance to promoting the coordinated development of China’s socialist market economy and realizing the grand goal of socialist modernization. The development of all counties have both common features and also have their own characteristics. To achieve scientific development, the county economy of cities must have a clear understanding of its strengths and weaknesses.
