Friend及Patton(1956)提出的虫卵消毒方法是用6.5%福尔马林,对于产后24小时的卵浸泡30分钟,然后用灭菌水冲洗。Vanderzant等(1956)根据Stride(1953)原来的方法,提出用以下的消毒液浸泡:
