构建经济稳定增长、政治民主和生态可持续发展的和谐社会,是中国在21世纪的历史使命。完善政府公共服务职能是构建社会主义和谐社会的前提和题中应有之义。文章主要阐述构建社会主义和谐社会对政府公共服务职能的要求,以及进一步完善政府公共服务职能应采取什么措施等问题。
Building a harmonious society with stable economic growth, political democracy and ecological sustainable development is the historical mission of China in the 21st century. Perfecting the function of government public service is the premise and the proper meaning of building a harmonious socialist society. The article mainly elaborates the requirements of building a socialist harmonious society on the government’s public service functions and what measures should be taken to further improve the government’s public service functions.
