利用Pro/E软件以part格式建立液压支架模型,代替asm格式的组件模型,以最大限度地简化模型结构,改善网格划分质量、提高计算精度。利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件模拟液压支架工况对ZY5000/15/30型掩护式液压支架进行了有限元静力分析,得出了支架在该工况下最大应力值及其分布特点,从而可以改善液压支架结构,为液压支架的结构优化设计提供了理论指导。
Using Pro / E software to build the hydraulic support model in part format instead of asm format component model to maximize the model structure, improve the quality of meshing and improve the accuracy of the calculation. The ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software was used to simulate the working condition of the hydraulic support. The static analysis of the ZY5000 / 15/30 shield hydraulic support was carried out. The maximum stress value and the distribution characteristics of the support under the working condition were obtained, The improvement of the hydraulic support structure provides the theoretical guidance for the structural optimization design of the hydraulic support.
