皋蘭县的三年发展規划,是在1954年12月間提出,经毛主席亲自过目,并加注批语,对皋蘭垒县人民鼓舞很大。三年来,全县人民在中共皋蘭县委和县人民委員会的具体領导下,不断地克服右倾保守思想,以頑強的精神艰苦奋斗,终于胜利地实現了这个規划。現在,正当全国人民欢欣鼓舞地庆贺第一个五年计划的胜利完成、迎接第二个五年计划的时刻,皋蘭全县人民以他们的努力成就,来报答毛主席对他们的关怀;全县的十年远景规划又已制定,全县人民又以“愚公移山”的精神开始为突现更美好的目标而奋斗了。我们庆贺皋蘭县人民已经取得的成就,并祝你们胜利再胜利,跃进再跃进!
Gaolan County’s three-year development plan was put forward in December 1954. Chairman Mao personally read the remarks and remarked to encourage the people in Gaolan County.
