用系统试验方法确定了35SiMnMoV钢软化退火工艺。该工艺应用于生产效果良好,钢的珠光体转变最短孕育期对应的工艺温度约620℃。两小时以内完成扩散型相变。
The system test method was used to determine the softening annealing process of 35SiMnMoV steel. The process used in the production of good results, the pearlite transformation of the shortest incubation period corresponding to the process temperature of about 620 ℃.
