昔日活跃山村乡野、寻常巷陌,老少皆宜的评书,如今已是难得一见。随着物质文化生活的不断丰富,盛极一时的说书逐渐淡出了视线,以此为生的民间艺人更是越来越少了。但在福安,评书如今却是另一派景象。福安评书人,用一张高台、一把椅子、半副铜钹,站在这个讲述千百年历史的舞台,坚守住了“福安评书”这一门草根艺术。

With the constant enrichment of material and cultural life, the slightest storytelling gradually fades out of sight, and the number of folk entertainers who make a living is even fewer and fewer.
