专业英语是硕士研究生的一门学位课程,其教学效果直接影响研究生对文献资料的查阅,进而影响研究生的硕士论文质量。为此,在对土木工程研究生专业英语教学实践进行研究的基础上,提出改革与创新研究生专业英语教学方式与方法,新型教学模式核心要点是:转变授课思路,提升教学理念;精编教材内容,激发学习热情;创新教学方法,保证教学质量;改革考核方式,促进自我学习。
Professional English is a degree course for postgraduates. The teaching effect directly affects the access of the graduate students to the documents and thus the quality of the postgraduates’ master’s thesis. Therefore, based on the research of civil engineering graduate English teaching practice, the paper puts forward the reform and innovation of the professional English teaching methods and methods. The key points of the new teaching mode are as follows: changing the thinking of teaching and improving the teaching idea; Stimulate enthusiasm for learning; innovate teaching methods to ensure teaching quality; reform assessment methods and promote self-study.
