针对梁宝寺煤矿3312综放面煤自燃火灾治理的特点,在对火源位置分析的基础上,在巷道和架前开凿钻场,向综放面采空区可能发火区域上部施工高位钻孔,通过钻孔大流量灌注防灭火泡沫和二氧化碳,同时辅以上、下端头的堵漏技术来综合治理综放面自燃火灾。该技术可充分发挥防灭火泡沫流量大、覆盖面积广以及二氧化碳密度大、惰化效果好的特点,取得了较好的火区治理效果。
Aiming at the characteristics of spontaneous combustion fire control of 3312 fully mechanized coal caving mining face in Liangbaosi Coal Mine, based on the analysis of fire source location, a drilling field was drilled in the roadway and frame, and a high level borehole was drilled in the upper part of the gob area , Through the drilling of large flow perfusion fire extinguishing foam and carbon dioxide, while supplemented by the upper and lower plugging technology to comprehensively deal with spontaneous combustion of fire in the fully mechanized caving face. The technology can give full play to fire extinguishing foam flow, covering a wide area and the density of carbon dioxide, good inerting effect, and achieved good fire control effect.
